• Natacha is a passionate coach and has the mission to guide and inspire her coachees in gradually (re)discovering their true core. Their real, authentic self. That is the basis of a strong personal leadership that leads to success. Her conviction: the more people gain insight into their typical individuality, desires and potential, the more ‘effortless’ they can develop on their life and career path. In 1997 Natacha Ciezkowski (’75) graduated cum laude as Master in Communication Studies at the VUB. She immediately started in the Marketing & Research department of the Vlaamse Televisie Maatschappij (VTM). A year later, she takes up the unique offer to become an assistant PhD student at the Centre for Marketing & Communication Research (MACO) of the VUB. There she further expands her knowledge on all aspects of communication and builds a solid marketing and communication strategic basis. Along the way Natacha discovers that she has entrepreneurial blood. She loves innovative, creative ideas, new initiatives and partnerships and daring projects. At the same time, she has an irresistible urge to write, tell stories and come up with creative concepts. The private sector beckons and Natacha trades in the academic world for a bold step towards an independent status. She explores the fascinating world of advertising and copywriting and is one of the first Belgian copywriters to focus on online copywriting. She regularly publishes this knowledge and skill through seminars and workshops. Clear and convincing communication remains the common thread. Her expertise is used for an endless range of brands in all possible sectors, in small, medium and large Belgian and European companies. And also as an editor for various trade journals. In the broad world of communication, Natacha naturally also comes into contact with the power of coaching. She becomes fascinated by NLP and the Enneagram, and through personal studies she links these methods to communication/advertising: clear communication, achieving goals, mission and vision, (personal) branding, tone of voice, … In 2013 Natacha feels the need for a solid coaching training: after getting the hang of it in an NLP Practitioner and NLP Master, she immediately follows the training programme to become a certified coach. Meanwhile Natacha remains fascinated by the ever-changing advertising and communication sector. Also innovation, disruptive technology and game changers attract her attention. In 2015, together with three partners, she plans the very first 3D Printing fair in Belgium: 3DPeurope, with a prestigious art exhibition, conferences, workshops and an educational project for schools. Her fifteen years of experience in the world of advertising and communication and her personal experience with entrepreneurship also come in handy in coaching.
