If you do not attend all the training days or\nif you stop the training early, the amount of the course will not be modified\nand, whatever the reason, no refund will be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the\nparticipant is obliged to interrupt a training course due to force majeure, it\nwill be possible to continue it at a later date. In this case, the explicit\nwritten approval of The Coaching Square BVBA is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of force\nmajeure or if the number of participants in an activity is less than 10 people,\nThe Coaching Square BVBA is entitled to cancel the training or any other\nplanned activity. You will be informed in writing or by telephone and the\namount of the course will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The payment of\nthe total amount of the course must reach us at the latest 5 working days\nbefore the start of the course. This can only be waived with the explicit\nwritten permission of The Coaching Square BVBA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless otherwise\nstated, all prices are exclusive of 21% VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any cancellation\nby the participant must be communicated in writing to The Coaching Square. If\nwe receive this communication more than 30 days before the start of the\ntraining course, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the net\namount. If the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before the start of the\ncourse, the cancellation fee will be 100% and no refund will be made. However,\nit is possible for you to have another person attend in your place or to follow\nanother training course at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General terms &amp; conditions for your registration to an event:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your registration\nis final upon receipt of your registration form from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will confirm\nyour registration by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless otherwise\nstipulated, all prices are exclusive of 21% VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any cancellation by the participant must be communicated by email to The Coaching Square. If this communication reaches us one day before the start of the event, no cancellation fee will be charged.
