How to design a coaching trajectory? <\/h2>\n

The Enneagram is a personality model that describes nine different personality types, each with unique traits, motivations and behavioural patterns. It can be a valuable tool because it offers insight into personality, underlying motivations, defence mechanisms and so much more.\r\n\r\nThe report and insights alone does not spur learning, action, exploration. A huge asset is to be coached with the report. \r\n\r\nThe report brings speed and depth. A coaching trajectory with the report brings together the insights of the coachee on the one hand and his\/her desires\/goals\/personal transition on the other.
