Jamais auparavant il n&rsquo;y avait eu autant de changements et ils se sont suivis aussi rapidement. Les innovations secouent les organisations au sense propre et figur\u00e9. Marleen Boen, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et force motrice de Training &amp; Coaching Square, voit souvent le sentiment d&rsquo;impuissance comme r\u00e9sultat de toutes ces transformations. Et de \u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9barrassons-nous vite de cela, pour que nous puissions passer au travers\u00a0\u00bb. Marleen : \u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est la pens\u00e9e du 20\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, pas une recette pour le 21\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. Les dirigeants et les employ\u00e9s se sentent peu s\u00fbrs d&rsquo;eux, voire anxieux. La peur de l&rsquo;inconnu, de perdre le contr\u00f4le et de devenir d\u00e9pendant des autres qui suivent les changements rapides. La confiance traditionnelle dans le leader a disparu, parce qu&rsquo;il ou elle n&rsquo;a plus les solutions \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main. Les \u00e9quipes autog\u00e9r\u00e9es s&rsquo;appuient sur l&rsquo;autodirection de chaque employ\u00e9 et moins sur celle d&rsquo;une seule personne. Auparavant, la vision de l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e9tait un objectif clair, mais aujourd&rsquo;hui, ce n&rsquo;est plus qu&rsquo;un guide\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment les entreprises peuvent-elles r\u00e9ussir ? Selon Marleen, cela est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par quatre dimensions. Marleen : \u00a0\u00bb Il est important d&rsquo;\u00eatre agile ou agile pour suivre les transformations toujours plus rapides du syst\u00e8me et des processus. Dans nos projets, nous questionnons l&rsquo;Agilit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers cinq sous-dimensions. Cela augmente la complexit\u00e9 mais assure une analyse claire. Toutes les cinq sont indispensables afin de devenir Agile en tant qu&rsquo;individu pour \u00e9voluer vers une organisation Agile.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marleen a r\u00e9cemment lu le livre &lsquo;The Fearless Company&rsquo; d&rsquo;Amy C. Edmondson. Marleen : \u00ab\u00a0Les organisations qui prennent des d\u00e9cisions par peur ne le feront pas. La pression devient alors trop forte, ce qui entra\u00eene la suffocation et l&rsquo;enchev\u00eatrement. Possibility Thinking ou penser en termes de possibilit\u00e9s est un choix plus intelligent. C&rsquo;est la croyance qu&rsquo;il est possible de faire plus que vous ne le pensez. C&rsquo;est aussi une question de confiance en et de foi dans une \u00e9volution tourn\u00e9e vers l&rsquo;avenir. La confiance au lieu de \u00a0\u00bb tout ce qui est nouveau est mauvais \u00ab\u00a0. L&rsquo;\u00e9volution se produira ensemble au lieu d&rsquo;\u00eatre du haut vers le bas. La responsabilit\u00e9 n&rsquo;incombe plus uniquement aux managers, mais \u00e0 chaque membre de l&rsquo;organisation. Le leadership personnel est donc indispensable : qu&rsquo;est-ce que je peux faire, qu\u2019est ce que je veux \/ j&rsquo;ose\/ je choisis en fonction de mes valeurs et de ma vision de la vie ?\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La peur vous fait colorier \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des lignes des sentiers battus. C&rsquo;est ainsi que l&rsquo;on trouve des solutions aux probl\u00e8mes du pass\u00e9. Les d\u00e9fis d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui sont d&rsquo;un tout autre ordre. Marleen : \u00ab\u00a0Il s&rsquo;agit de choses que nous n&rsquo;avons jamais connues auparavant, comme l&rsquo;IA (intelligence artificielle) et la num\u00e9risation ultra rapide. Il est donc pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable que les organisations ne se concentrent pas sur l&rsquo;avancement rapide, mais sur l&rsquo;agilit\u00e9, la r\u00e9flexion sur les possibilit\u00e9s, le leadership personnel et la collaboration en toute confiance.
