Maar wat maakt een leider succesvol in zulke stormachtige tijden?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean-Francois Cousin<\/strong>, gerenommeerd leiderschapscoach, identificeerde zes cruciale competenties die leiders helpen om niet alleen te overleven, maar te floreren in crisissituaties.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dit eerste deel bespreken we de eerste drie competenties en hoe je deze kunt ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nummer 1: Blijf kalm onder druk<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De eerste <a href=\"https:\/\/trainingcoachingsquare.be\/business-manager\/waarom-succesvolle-leiders-coaching-competenties-nodig-hebben\/\">coachingcompetentie<\/a> is het bewaren van kalmte onder druk.
