Maar <strong>\u00e9cht communiceren<\/strong> is iets anders dan geluid maken of je mening droppen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Echte communicatie <strong>verandert iets<\/strong>: duidelijkheid, keuze, gedrag, samenwerking, resultaat. Communicatie start bij bewust kiezen welk effect je wil bereiken. Omdat het veilig voelt. Omdat we praten verwarren met invloed hebben.
