They\u2019re <strong>automatic and efficient<\/strong>, allowing us to navigate life without constantly making conscious decisions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why are old habits so hard to break?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>They\u2019re too vague.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Goals like \u201cI want to get fit\u201d or \u201cI\u2019ll go to the gym every day\u201d sound motivating, but they\u2019re fuzzy.
