Cela signifie qu\u2019il existe des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques qui y sont associ\u00e9es. Les 11 comp\u00e9tences ICF d&rsquo;un bon coach constituent un bon barom\u00e8tre. \u00ab Ecouter \u00bb et \u00ab poser des questions \u00bb sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments primordiaux mais ce ne sont que 2 des 11 comp\u00e9tences requises. Celles-ci se d\u00e9clinent par ailleurs \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux. Ajoutons \u00e0 cela qu\u2019un bon coach est capable de se remettre en question et qu\u2019il est donc \u00e9galement un bon auto-observateur, essentiel pour mieux observer l&rsquo;autre. Un coach voit et entend ce que les autres n\u2019ont pas encore vu ou entendu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019essentiel r\u00e9side dans la qualit\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9sence du coach. Un coach est conscient de l\u2019impact qu\u2019il peut avoir gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils et ses comp\u00e9tences. Etre sage peut aider mais ce n\u2019est pas suffisant pour garantir des r\u00e9sultats durables. Le coach n\u2019a donc pas n\u00e9cessairement de cheveux gris. Un jeune coach \u00ab frais \u00e9moulu \u00bb peut \u00eatre d&rsquo;une grande aide pour un jeune manager ambitieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 de \u00ab pr\u00e9sence \u00bb du coach se manifeste surtout dans sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rester focaliser sur l&rsquo;essentiel et non sur \u00ab ce qui ne va pas \u00bb. Il ne se perd pas dans les d\u00e9tails, ne s&rsquo;\u00e9gare pas dans le contenu ou le d\u00e9ni ou encore les tentatives de manipulations. Plus le coach est capable d\u2019\u00e9largir votre perception, plus vous pouvez \u00e9voluer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un bon coach se concentre sur les opportunit\u00e9s qui surgissent et ose les \u00ab confronter \u00bb en cas d&rsquo;\u00e9chec. Un bon coach donne de l\u2019espace et du temps &#8211; 2 cadeaux en soi &#8211; et il vous soutient dans votre processus sans en prendre la charge \u00e0 votre place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un bon coach vous d\u00e9fie et sait comment r\u00e9tablir l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre \u00ab amertume \u00bb et \u00ab prendre sa responsabilit\u00e9 \u00bb. Un bon coach est donc capable de laisser la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019action au coach\u00e9 mais fait cependant tout ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire pour l\u2019assister dans son processus.
