L&rsquo;objectif est de travailler en fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution et de d\u00e9couvrir les possibilit\u00e9s dans un environnement complexe et en mutation rapide. <br\/>\r\nL&rsquo;\u00e9tude de la dynamique syst\u00e9mique actuelle permet une nouvelle r\u00e9organisation qui donne de l&rsquo;air et de l&rsquo;espace et permet une lib\u00e9ration des anciens sch\u00e9mas.<br\/><br\/>\r\n<b>Saisissez le courant sous-jacent de n&rsquo;importe quel probl\u00e8me<\/b><br\/><br\/>\r\nDans le travail syst\u00e9mique, le client repr\u00e9sente physiquement dans l&rsquo;espace l&rsquo;image int\u00e9rieure qu&rsquo;il a de la question organisationnelle. Il peut s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;une question de prise de d\u00e9cision, d&rsquo;un objectif commercial, d&rsquo;un sujet de d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe ou de leadership personnel, etc. <br\/>\r\nTout au long de la formation, les liens entre le coaching, le mentoring, la formation et les intuitions et constellations syst\u00e9miques sont constamment discut\u00e9s.
