Als u niet alle trainingsdagen bijwoont of als\nu de training voortijdig stopt, wordt het bedrag van de cursus niet aangepast\nen wordt er, om welke reden dan ook, geen geld teruggestort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indien de\ndeelnemer door overmacht genoodzaakt is een training te onderbreken, kan deze\nop een later tijdstip worden voortgezet. In dit geval is de uitdrukkelijke\nschriftelijke toestemming van The Coaching Square BVBA vereist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In geval van\novermacht of indien het aantal deelnemers aan een activiteit minder dan 10\npersonen bedraagt, heeft The Coaching Square BVBA het recht om de opleiding of\neen andere geplande activiteit te annuleren. U wordt schriftelijk of\ntelefonisch op de hoogte gesteld en het bedrag van de cursus wordt volledig\nterugbetaald.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De betaling van\nhet totaalbedrag van de cursus moet ons uiterlijk 5 werkdagen voor aanvang van\nde cursus bereiken. Hiervan kan enkel worden afgeweken met de uitdrukkelijke\nschriftelijke toestemming van The Coaching Square BVBA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenzij anders\nvermeld, zijn alle prijzen exclusief 21% BTW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elke annulering door de deelnemer moet schriftelijk worden meegedeeld aan The Coaching Square. Indien wij deze mededeling meer dan 30 dagen voor aanvang van de training ontvangen, worden er annuleringskosten van 15% van het nettobedrag in rekening gebracht. Als de annulering 30 dagen of minder voor aanvang van de cursus plaatsvindt, zijn de annuleringskosten 100% en vindt er geen restitutie plaats. Het is echter mogelijk om een ander persoon in uw plaats te laten komen of op een later tijdstip een andere training te laten volgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Algemene voorwaarden voor uw inschrijving voor een evenement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uw inschrijving\nis definitief na ontvangst van uw inschrijvingsformulier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wij zullen uw\nregistratie per e-mail bevestigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenzij anders\nvermeld, zijn alle prijzen exclusief 21% BTW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elke annulering door de deelnemer moet per e-mail aan The Coaching Square worden gecommuniceerd. Indien deze mededeling ons 3 dagen voor aanvang van het evenement bereikt, worden geen annuleringskosten in rekening gebracht. In geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden kunt u dezelfde dag nog annuleren, een andere persoon in uw plaats laten deelnemen of zich voor een later evenement laten registreren, anders zijn de annuleringskosten 100% of u nu wel of niet lid bent van de TCS-Alumni.<\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uw inschrijving wordt als definitief beschouwd na ontvangst van een bevestigingsmail.
