We rangschikken deze competenties in 4 categorie\u00ebn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vastleggen van de basis van de relatie met de klant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Respecteren van de ethische richtlijnen en de professionele normen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Begrijpen welke de noden van de klant zijn en een oplossing aanbieden die beantwoordt aan deze noden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Verstevigen van de relatie met de klant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Opbouwen van een relatie die berust op vertrouwen en respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Communiceren op een open, soepele en geruststellende manier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Communiceren met de klant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Een bijzondere aandacht vestigen op zowel de verbale als de niet-verbale communicatie en bevorderen van de persoonlijke expressie van de klant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Stellen van krachtige en pertinente vragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Communiceren op een directe en indirecte manier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leren hoe men \u00ab&nbsp;succesvol leert slagen&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Integreren en evalueren van alle informatiebronnen en voorstellen doen om de vooraf bepaalde objectieven te behalen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Cre\u00ebren van continue leeropportuniteiten met de klant, zodat hij evolueert in de richting van de gewenste resultaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Plannen en opstellen van objectieven met de klant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.
