• Cindy has more than 15 years of experience in various HR roles. She guided executives, managers, team leaders and experts from various international companies in HR projects, reorganisations and change processes. Cindy’s intention was always to maintain a balance between the human side of change and the focus on results.
• Since several years, Cindy has taken on this supporting role as a Business Coach. Thanks to her years of experience as a team leader, HR specialist, HR manager and entrepreneur, she understands better than anyone the challenges that today’s specialists and leaders face in our rapidly changing world.
• It is Cindy’s passion to coach people and companies towards more authenticity, growth and impact. From an inquiring, intrinsically interested and listening attitude, she accompanies the search for insights that contribute to well-considered choices that enable people to achieve more impact and fulfillment in their jobs and lives. Cindy combines a people-oriented and empathic style with a mirroring and confronting attitude. A touch of humor and a dose of relativity are also part of every session.
