Your registration is considered final upon receipt of a confirmation email.

We confirm this registration in writing.

Your commitment concerns the complete training. If you do not attend all the training days or if you stop the training early, the amount of the course will not be modified and, whatever the reason, no refund will be made.

If the participant is obliged to interrupt a training course due to force majeure, it will be possible to continue it at a later date. In this case, the explicit written approval of The Coaching Square BVBA is required.

In case of force majeure or if the number of participants in an activity is less than 10 people, The Coaching Square BVBA is entitled to cancel the training or any other planned activity. You will be informed in writing or by telephone and the amount of the course will be fully refunded.

The payment of the total amount of the course must reach us at the latest 5 working days before the start of the course. This can only be waived with the explicit written permission of The Coaching Square BVBA.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of 21% VAT.

Any cancellation by the participant must be communicated in writing to The Coaching Square. If we receive this communication more than 30 days before the start of the training course, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the net amount. If the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before the start of the course, the cancellation fee will be 100% and no refund will be made. However, it is possible for you to have another person attend in your place or to follow another training course at a later date.

Any cancellation by the participant must be communicated by email to The Coaching Square. If this communication reaches us one day before the start of the event, no cancellation fee will be charged. In case of unforeseen circumstances, you can cancel the same day, have another person participate in your place or register for a later event, otherwise the cancellation cost will be 100% whether or not you are a member of the TCS Alumni.
