A three-day programme in which we provide impactful tools and techniques that support you in your role as an effective and results-oriented professional career coach.

You have a solid foundation and/or experience as a (career) coach or HR professional and long for growth, more creativity and variety in the tools and techniques to guide people in their career issues. You are familiar with the PERFORM or GROW conversation structure.

In this programme, we enrich and deepen your foundations with a toolkit of ground-breaking exercises and techniques so that you can guide your clients or employees, with confidence and impact, to conscious choices in challenging career issues.

Building an impactful career path

  • Different phases in a successful career coaching path: intake and outcome determination, contracting, flow and process guidance throughout the career path, PDP to action
  • Bringing depth, motivation and courage to the starting question – exploring the question behind the question
  • Path structure with an understanding of the methodical steps in a career counselling process, as well as a focus on the ‘here and now’ situation of your clients or employees

Deepening and broadening your toolbox

Enrich your toolbox with exercises and techniques in the following themes: reorientation at work, internal and external mobility, constructive cooperation, conflict and relationships at work, assertiveness, courageous and sustainable career choices, dealing with change, word-life balance, setting limits, sense of purpose, exploring and realising potential, ambitions and career dreams, career balance, mission.

Career guidance when it’s challenging

  • Dealing with resistance, fear, doubt, despondency, powerlessness, in your coachee
  • Building courage and self-confidence
  • Reversing inhibiting patterns

Intervision

  • The course focuses on practical application and experimentation.
  • Between modules, you will be given ‘homework assignments’ so that learning by doing becomes an integral part of the training.
  • Your experiences, questions and problems form the basis of a half-day peer review in small groups. We facilitate an interactive peer learning process in which we share good practices and inspiration.
