- The basis of systemic coaching and management in the undercurrent
- New working methodologies for creating or tapping into the systemic field in order to listen and observe systemically.
- Simple interventions that create great effects, making transformation truly possible
- Making existing, hidden obstacles within a system visible, coachable and then manageable and thus bringing others to a higher level of empowerment and self-confidence
- Gain insight into the patterns and entanglements of the leadership and organizational systems
- Creating dynamic balance in an organization according to systemic laws
- Insight into the roles of an organization and the corresponding position of founder, managers, employees, customers…
- Insight into the order in the system: taking into account hierarchy, seniority and competence
- Restore balance between give and take (issues such as overtime, burnout, pay according to effort and contribution, etc.)
- Getting clear about purpose, the reason for existence, the mission, the values, the soul of the organization, the culture and the respect for this
Approach
In this training, the material you work with is your own practice. As a participant you become acquainted with your own system.
We use the following methods:
- A mix of theory, exercises and setups
- Technology and interventions: breathing, resources, pattern and dynamics recognition and many different forms of work and intervention
- Systemic interventions: coaching 1 on 1, team and group interventions, systemic exploration of business situations
- Possibility to submit customer cases and/or contribute your own (organizational) themes
- Preparing home joy (film, text, questions, assignments, practice groups)
