  • Key Activities: Systemic approach exercises, leadership style reflection, emotional maturity development, and values alignment.

My Business – Strategic Leadership and Crisis Management

  • Focus: Learn to understand your business model within the current crisis context, develop strategic thinking, and enhance your ability to navigate through complex stakeholder environments. This module is about driving performance with financial acumen while adapting to emerging market challenges.
  • Key Activities: Scenario planning, agile strategy development, stakeholder management simulations.

My Team – Coaching for Growth

  • Focus: Unleash the potential of your team through effective coaching. This module teaches the GROW model of coaching, how to have difficult conversations, and the importance of feedback. The goal is to develop your team’s capabilities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Key Activities: Coaching simulations, feedback exercises, and reflective questioning techniques.

My Team – Building and Leading High-Performing Teams

  • Focus: This module delves into team dynamics, conflict management, and building resilience within teams. You will learn to inspire and motivate your team, even in times of crisis, while fostering a culture of collaboration and belonging.

How Do We Approach the Training?

This program is tailored specifically for senior team leaders and business leaders who are ready to take their leadership skills to the next level. Our approach is comprehensive, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, experiential learning, and continuous reflection. The program covers four key dimensions: Self-Leadership, Business Acumen, Coaching Attitude and Team Development,  ensuring a well-rounded development of leadership competencies.

Programme structure

Before module 1, participants will be invited to complete the Leadership EQi 2.0 questionnaire and will receive the EQi 2.0 leadership report. The EQi 2.0 leadership report provides insight into the leadership potential that is present and can be further developed to enable continuous growth towards natural, resilient and successful leadership. A personal debrief of 1 hour of the EQi 2.0 leadership report will be organized before the start of module 1.

During the different modules, 2 individual coaching moments of 1,5 hours with a Professional Certified Coach, will be organized.
