We are becoming more and more what we essentially are and bring that to people and organizations.
Woop-woop ! Get ready to pop the confetti and break out the cake because in 2025, we’re hitting the big 2-0 mark ! That’s right, we’re turning 20, and just like the young adult we are, we’re more than excited to get the party going and to celebrate this incredible journey with you ! 🎉
Join us in celebrating 20 years of transformational coaching, in-depth training and coming together in this ‘SQUARE’, where you have the opportunity to discover, explore and experiment and where we continue to teach ‘humanizing organizations and relationships’. All and all, so that you can develop and unfold your full potential as an individual and professional.
To celebrate this milestone in style, we’ve got 20 incredible events lined up! And each event will be held in a small committee and bring a ‘wow experience’ – connection is at the heart of this year of celebration!
With themes ranging from turning regret into positive power, exploring self-love, building a mindset for greater well-being and responsibility, to even singing in the spring led by an opera singer, there is something for everyone to enjoy. This is how we continue to inspire and create! Pay it forward.

A trip down memory lane
- Training & Coaching Square was founded in 2005 – at the time under the name “Coaching Square”. Founders had a polyvalent career behind them and wanted to professionalize coaching in the business world based on their International Coaching Federation (ICF) certifications and their wide business experience.
- By 2008, the training institute was already the first tri-lingual institute in Belgium to be recognized and accredited by ICF with their star programs ROOT, GROW and BLOOM – which correspond to the ICF levels 1 and 2.
- In 2010, building on the belgian achievements, Coaching Square Swiss was co-founded, thus expanding the international network of coaching institutes that share the same passion for developing human potential.
- In 2015, “Coaching Square” was renamed to reflect economic and business realities: organizations want to use coaching to make transformation possible and sustainable. This is possible if training programs and coaching are offered together. The new name “Training & Coaching Square” fully responded to the need for ‘blended learning’ and reflects our expertise in both coaching and training programs to guide the human side of change for individuals, professionals and organizations.
- In less than a decade, Training & Coaching Square proved to be a pioneer in coaching in Belgium. The institute put the credibility of the coaching profession on the belgium map and became a reel trend setters in the coaching world.
- The last 5 years were affected of course by the covid crisis. Online possibilities were more embraced and recognised as being valuable for coaching. Today, the Institute continues to propose both online and in-person opportunities.
- Training & Coaching Square continuously reflects the needs of society and organizations by constantly adapting their programs and offering. During the pandemic for example, the lack of resilience was high and well-being was undermined by the fear of illness. This period, marked with doubts and uncertainties, revealed the need for coaching to respond to the call of individuals for identity and purpose, together with habit changes to live a healthy and worthy life.
