What goal are you aiming to achieve? This question determines the type of coaching that you need.

You want to:

  • achieve changes
  • manage your company with enthusiasm and courage
  • boost your self-knowledge, by assessing your behaviour and drive
  • assess your career and understand what job fits you
  • become the manager you always wanted to be
  • position yourself correctly and realise your professional mission
  • act differently in relationships, learn how to communicate better or handle conflicts, how to give and receive feedback…
  • handle stress differently and prevent a burnout
  • experience a sense of team spirit in your team

Effects of individual business and team coaching during change processes

Changes can have a serious impact, especially if they rapidly follow each other. If we resist the imposed changes it can lead to complicated conflicts, which is very energy consuming. Resistance can also be seen as a form of reflection; a process in which Business and Team Coaching play a key role.

During a Business Coaching, an external mentor or executive coach will guide managers in their role as ‘people manager’. In this way, change will not result in a clash between winners and losers, or between attack and defence. Managers maintain confidence in their teams and themselves. It is also crucial that they reflect on their own desired results and attain them. They will experience change processes more consciously and from a people-oriented perspective, and successfully complete these step by step.

Team coaches guide team members away from fear and conflict, and towards ‘internal confidence’, mutual understanding and smooth decision processes; in short, towards a dynamic and inspiring form of cooperation. They will make every effort to ensure a positive relationship between parties, and effortless communication. A team that is willing to appreciate the differences and similarities between individuals works to the common interest and attains its goals at the same time.
