This program focuses on strategies to enable leaders and coaches to guide their teams towards collective effectiveness in pursuit of a common goal.
When a team realizes its full potential, the team then values and exploits its various qualities effectively. In a climate of mutual appreciation, trust and respect, teams can move mountains. Conflicts are then seen as a source of innovation rather than a potential threat and team members remain in dialogue and evolution. This approach allows the team to move forward, even in the absence of absolute certainties, rather than falling into the trap of blame and accusation.
As the saying goes about diamonds, “No friction, no sparkle”: difficulties can be an opportunity to shine more brightly. When frustration, annoyance, anger and blockages arise, it is interesting to look at the hidden message. This way, we can realize the dream of every manager: lead a team that collaborates harmoniously and achieves its objectives autonomously.
How do we approach the training?
We propose 4 days of discovery, exploration and experimentation, complemented by 2 online sessions. Throughout the training, we share models and insights that we immediately translate into practice so that you leave the program with an action plan for your current team.
