The same central theme comes up in every systemic training: the interplay between individual, organizational and family system.
The family is the first system where the individual was embedded in dynamics. This is therefore where the patterns emerge. Those patterns are often dragged along as burdened while the dynamic evolution is blocked in the new systems. The goal is to work in function of evolution and to discover the possibilities in a rapidly changing and complex environment.
Investigating the systemic dynamics at present enables a new reordering that gives air and space and allows a sense of liberation from old patterns.
Get a grip on the undercurrent of any issue
In systemic work, the client physically represents his inner image of the organizational issue in space. It can be a decision-making issue, a business objective, team development or personal leadership topic, etc.
Throughout the training, the connections between coaching, mentoring, training and systemic insights and constellations are constantly being discussed. Participants are approached individually so that their development and skill/art increases rapidly.

Program structure
We work on four levels:
- You as a manager/coach and as a human being within all your systems of influence. Deepening your own system and its influence on your consciousness. The use of bodywork in coaching and in the field of knowledge. How to do constellations for yourself
- You in 1 to 1 conversations/relationships (coaching). Constellations with people and concepts (anger, shame, guilt, beliefs).
- You as part of team coaching. Deepening systemic work with several actors. Working systemically without writing. Getting the team to work systemically. Maintaining space and dialogue at a deeper level
- Organisational level: organisations as living systems. Systemic questions, systemic work without writing. Casuistic: the consequences of change, the need to move from the old to the new. Navigating complexity also means being sure to fail: learning quickly from the consequences. Listening to learn. Trauma in organisations. Corporate rituals: the importance of alignment
This promises to be a fascinating and in-depth journey.

This training gives access to the series of 6 days to become a “systemic organizational drafter”
Approach
Didactic approach:
- We will gradually build up from simple to more complex concepts – always building on existing competencies of the participants
- The approach is highly interactive. Moments of theory, exploration and practice flow smoothly into one another.
- Because we work with trained coaches, concrete examples from everyone’s practice are also discussed and supervised
In this training, the material you work with is your own practice. As a participant, you will be introduced to your own system.
We deploy the following methodologies:
- A mix of theory, exercises and constellations
- Techniques and interventions: breathing, resources, pattern and dynamics recognition and many different forms of work and intervention
- Systemic interventions: coaching 1-on-1, team and group interventions
- Possibility to contribute client cases and/or own (organizational) themes
- Prepared home joy (film, text, questions, assignments)
Learning from experts
Given by a Master Certified Coach who has over 14.000 hours of coaching, over 2.000 days of training and has been doing systemic work for 20 years.
All instructors are certified coaches and trainers at the Professional Certified Coach and Master Certified Coach level.

Marleen Boen is Managing Director of Training & Coaching Square and a Master Certified Coach (MCC). She has extensive experience in coaching and supports coaches and professionals according to ICF standards. Within the academy, she plays a central role in coaching, mentoring, and supervision. She has more than 14,000 hours of coaching experience.
