MCC mentoring targets coaches who have about 1500 hours of coaching experience and want to get ready for their Certification. ‘Master in Coaching’ goes a step further than ‘Professional Coaching’. You focus on topics where the obvious is no longer evident. You embrace your client’s facets of being and deploy a ‘presence’ that allows everything important to the client to show itself – without shame or restraint. This mentoring program including reflective group supervision and individual mentoring sessions are recognized by the International Coach Federation as Mentor Coaching.

Learning from experts
All teachers are certified coaches and trainers at the level of Master Certified Coach.
For 20 years, we have been pioneers and trendsetters in coaching training with innovative methods: pedagogical and technological. Our expertise is broad and deep: we were at the cradle of professional coaching in Belgium and in 2007 we were the first training institute in Belgium to be recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Our professional coaching training for Managers and Coaches is founded on a wealth of life, business and coaching experience. We continuously keep our finger on the pulse of what is needed in our changing and disruptive society. We observe it and adapt our methods and strategies according to the needs of the 21st century for Coach and Manager.

Grants
Apply for your subsidy at the latest five working days before the start of the training (all info at www.kmo-portefeuille.be). Deposit the remaining amount (location/catering and VAT + any training balance) immediately upon receipt of the invoice into the account of Training & Coaching Square, at the latest five working days before the start of the training.
