  • The basics of systemic coaching and managing in the undercurrent
  • New working methodologies for creating or tapping into the systemic field to then listen and perceive systemically
  • Simple interventions that create great effects that make transformation truly possible
  • Making existing, hidden obstacles within a system visible and then manageable and thus bringing others to a higher level of empowerment and self-confidence
  • Understanding the patterns and entanglements of leadership and organizational systems
  • Enabling dynamic balance to emerge in an organization according to systemic laws
  • Understanding the roles of an organization and corresponding place of founder, managers, employees, customers
  • Understanding the order in the system: taking into account hierarchy, seniority and competence
  • Restoring the balance between giving and taking (issues such as overtime, burnout, pay according to effort and contribution, …)
  • Clear purpose, the reason for existence, the mission, the values, the soul of the organization, the culture and respect for it
Approach

In this training, the material you work with is your own practice. As a participant, you are introduced to your own systematics.

We deploy the following methodologies:

  • A mix of theory, exercises and constellations
  • Techniques and interventions: breathing, resources, pattern and dynamics recognition and many different forms of work and intervention
  • Systemic interventions: coaching 1 on 1, team and group interventions
  • Possibility to contribute client cases and/or own (organizational) themes
  • Prepared home joy (film, text, questions, assignments)
